WHO WE ARE
Weather Change supports weather presenters, meteorologists and journalists in the UK to communicate the link between weather and climate change. We provide information on how climate change is impacting weather events in the UK, and work closely with weather presenters, meteorologists, journalists and other respected voices to reach different audiences.
We are passionate about making information about weather and climate change accessible, engaging and relevant to everyone. We work with presenters, meteorologists and journalists to show audiences how weather and climate change in the UK impacts our daily lives and the world around us.
Our aim is to help communicate the link between weather and climate change in the uk, and show the public how this is impacting them.
Weather Change is a non-profit organisation.
THE TEAM
Gemma Plumb
Gemma is a meteorologist with over 15 years of experience working in weather. She has worked as a weather forecaster and has extensive experience of working as a media meteorologist. She also spent a number of years forecasting the weather for the energy, transport and utilities sectors, and has presented the weather on local TV and radio.
Gemma is passionate about making weather and climate accessible and engaging to all, and wants to show people how the weather and climate can impact our daily lives and the world around us.
